Hello again,

 

things have been back to normal for some time, however for some Customers the transaction history page may not be showing a full picture of usage since Nov 22, yet. This may cause some uncertainty. If you arre worried, please check the Campaign page for ads serving status.

My ads are not running.  It says my account is depleted.  I have funds in the my account.  I also checked the status of my campains and it says it is enabled, but all my keywords say they are not running.  Been doing a google search all weekend and my ads do not show up.  They were showing up in Google search up until Thursday night.

just checked my account and £7.57 has just gone now put £10 back on but where did the £7.57 go can any one from google help also will my ads start running now

Hello again,

 

all systems have been restored for quite some time now.

 

If you believe you are still experiencing difficulties the best thing to do now is call AdWords directly. A Representative will then look into your account with you and confirm all is ok.

This is (or was) not an "issue". It is a PROBLEM.

 

An issue is a topic that can be discussed. There is nothing to discuss because it is already known that there is a problem with adwords working correctly.

 

Something that needs to be fixed is - a - problem. And this needs to be fixed.

 

Problem.
