Hi all,

We’re pleased to announce that we’ve launched a new version of the AdWords Help Center for users in all languages. Based on your feedback, we’ve redesigned the Help Center to make it easier find the information you need. We've also improved our help center navigation, while adding more screenshots and infographics to help explain features and concepts. We hope these updates will help you to better resolve your AdWords questions.

We’d love to hear what you think! Feel free to leave us a comment.

Thanks for reading!

Looks Nice. The Initial Navigation & Categorization will help new Adwords users.

The new interface is nice. Unfortunately it doesn't change how terrible Adwords customer service is by email.

Do these new screenshots and infographics extend to the Learning Center? I haven't seen anything new except the navigation. Two big questions stand out:

The exam prep materials may now be available in 21 languages, but the exams are not. Google says they are. But they are not. Now that Reporting and Analysis exams are gone, there are no exams of any kind offered in the "supported" languages. So why does the revamped Learning Center offer exam prep materials in them? Post:

The learning center is still stuffed with information you’ll never need for any exam, like airport targeting or ASP expressions. How many hours have been and will be spent studying stuff that’s not on the exam? Post:
