The AdWords Community is mainly a place for AdWords users to exchange ideas with other users, but we have a few Community Managers from Google here ready to lend a hand too. Learn more about our Community Team below.

I joined Google in 2011 as part of the AdWords Team, as an Online Specialist. During that time I worked on so many social and video based projects, it just made sense that I ended up working in the Community! I'm so excited and happy to be part of this team, and the AdWords Community family!

Kathleen's tip: Use AdWords as your starting line, and consider all of the other Google products that can help you succeed online. Google Analytics, Google Shopping, Google My Business, and Google+ to name a few!

I have been working for Google since 2008. Prior to that I worked for the Slovak Embassy in London. Passion for education let me to earn two Master degrees.

Zuzana's tip: There are lots of resources on how to master AdWords. However, in my opinion, AdWords Community is the "one stop shop" for getting a reply to your questions fast, interacting with other users and growing your business at scale.

I have been working in AdWords since 2010 and specialize in scalable solutions for SEM agencies and optimization guidance. I am a product expert and have played a key role in launching many of Google’s agency-partnership strategic initiatives.

Alex's tip: Conversion Tracking helps you get the most out of AdWords; even if your business doesn't have a traditional conversion (ie. sales) track the actions your ideal visitors would take. Not only can you gauge the value of your campaigns, this unlocks some core strengths of the AdWords system, such as automated bidding strategies.

I have been at Google since 2013, and began by supporting large customers primarily in AdWords policy and shopping. I joined the AdWords Community team in April of 2015 to work on the Google My Business forum. I am looking forward to growing the GMB Community, as well as getting to know the AdWords Community!
