Prior to joining Google in 2011, I graduated from Yale University with a degree in political science and a concentration in media studies. I'm passionate about reaching users (especially SMBs) through social channels like Google+, Twitter, YouTube, and the Community.

Coco's tip: The power of AdWords is magnified when you combine it with website engagement reports from Google Analytics. Find out who visits your site and how they navigate it, and then tailor your advertising to those users.

I came to Google in 2008, after I was a Junior Project Manager in the area of Professional Development in Germany, Poland and China. For the last 3 years I was working in Large Customer Sales (LCS) in Dublin being an Account Strategist and Account Relationship Manager. In this job I was responsible for taking care of my customers as well strategical growth and direction of the international AdWords-Marketing. In addition I was responsible for developing Export-Strategies for international Customers.

Alicja's tip: Why seasonal advertising? Seasonal trends impact the search queries of your potential customers. If you set up a specific and targeted campaign you can reach more interested customers. Moreover, the customers are more likely to buy what you are offering and your conversion rate will go up as well.

I joined Google in 2008 as part of the customer support team. After bouncing around between a lot of internal projects, I landed in the Community. My background is in traditional advertising and project management and I love baking in my free time!

Kyle's tip: The more data you have, the more effectively you can manage your account. Be sure to use success metrics like conversions or goals to measure your ROI and optimize your campaigns.

Agata's tip: Organize your campaigns around broad product areas, with each campaign containing several ad groups that focus on one specific product.

Diana's tip: My favorite AdWords report is "Search terms" report: It can give you plenty of ideas not only on what new keywords to add, but even how to expand your business.

Zuzana's tip: There are lots of resources on how to master AdWords. However, in my opinion, AdWords Community is the "one stop shop" for getting a reply to your questions fast, interacting with other users and growing your business at scale.
